The Promoter of this Welcome 2 Dell Cashback Incentive (“Incentive”) is the Dell entity, located in the Territory, from which the Qualifying end users purchase Qualifying Products. List of entities is indicated at the bottom of these conditions.
For this Incentive, Territory is Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal
This Incentive will be governed by these terms and conditions. Entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
The Incentive is open to New Dell business customers, or Dell business customers who have not made Dell Client products purchase from Dell or Dell Partner for at least 24 months from the entry date of this incentive and in each case:
- having their registered office in the WER Dell region: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal)
- have more than 100 employees
(“Qualifying end users “).
This incentive is not open to employees of Dell, their representatives or relatives, Dell sales partners, or other persons involved in this incentive. Claims may only be made by the end customer. Purchases of products, acquired for resale, through any form of lease or rental to third parties are excluded from this incentive
This incentive enables Qualifying end users to make a claim to receive cashback sum for purchase of Qualifying product during the Incentive period. For purchase via a Dell Partner, only the Qualifying end user is eligible to cashback. A Dell Partner means a solution provider under the Dell Technologies Partner Program.
Qualifying Product(s) are Dell Client products with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed (no downgrade accepted).
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Incentive without any prior notice.
In case of non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions provided herein, challenges or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive, or illegal, the Promoter reserves the right to reject the entrant from the Incentive.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
This Incentive is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
Entry to the Incentive starts on May 1st, 2023 and closes at midnight on October 31st, 2023.
Upon compliance with key conditions and instructions listed here in, Qualifying end users purchasing Qualifying product(s) during the incentive period may be eligible to receive cashback in the sum of:
€50 per Qualifying Product in case of OptiPlex or Latitude
€80 per Qualifying product in case of Precision or Latitude Rugged
€100 per Qualifying product in case of Latitude 9 series or XPS notebook
In addition, Qualified end users claiming the above cashback per Qualifying Product can receive supplemental cashback if at time of purchase of Qualifying Product, they purchase a Dell Ultrasharp or Collaboration monitor and/ or Dell Pro Support Plus for 3+ years and/or one-year license of M365 or Microsoft Teams and/or a WWAN card included into the Qualifying Product and/or service credits for the Dell Asset Recovery Services.
Cashback amount may be
€25 for the purchase of each Dell Ultrasharp or Collaboration monitor
€25 Dell Pro Support Plus for 3+ years in any case accompanying the Qualifying Product
€20 for each one-year license of M365 or Microsoft Teams
€25 if the qualifying product includes a WWAN card
€25 for the purchase of service credits for the Dell Asset Recovery Services
c. Key Conditions: Entrant is informed that the following cumulative criteria apply:
This incentive applies only to purchases of at least 5 Qualifying Products, up to a maximum number of 100. If for example, a Qualifying end user purchases 101 Qualifying Products, cashback amount will be calculated over 100 Qualifying Products.
Each Qualifying end user who successfully registers and qualifies for this offer can only benefits from this incentive once and receive one cashback payment.
The Dell invoice date must be within the incentive period.
Cashback claims must be submitted, in accordance with the instructions herein, within 30 days of the invoice date.
To claim cashback under this incentive, Qualifying end users must:
Complete the registration form and accept these Terms and Conditions via the claim website at www.welcome-2-dell.com. Bank details for payment of cash back must be correctly filled out in the required fields.
Provide proof of purchase in the form of a scanned copy of the respective Dell or Dell Partner invoice or lease agreement. This must state clearly that the Qualifying products have been invoiced and include all the liable serial numbers or tag numbers. Invoice copies must be uploaded via the claim website at contact@welcome-2-dell.com.
Once the registration has been completed and the invoice correctly uploaded, the participant will receive a confirmation of the submitted registration by email from contact@welcome-2-dell.com, in which the participant is informed whether his request for cashback has been successful or not. If the acknowledgement email has not been received, the participant needs to send a mail to contact@welcome-2-dell.com within seven days.
Dell reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the incentive have been met and to request additional information regarding all claims and supporting documents e. g.
A) that the bank account indicated belongs to the company which submitted the invoice; and
B) that the cashback claim was submitted via an official business e-mail address from the company having purchased the Qualifying Products.
The cash back will be paid in form of wire transfer only, to the company bank account of which details are submitted as above. No exception will be made.
In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the incentive period, the original claim will be voided and Qualifying end users will need to re-submit claims accordingly in respect of a replacement order, submitting their replacement invoice copy.
Dell reserves the right to refuse incomplete or illegible entries. No liability shall be assumed for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or non-timely submissions. A postal participation is excluded.
All personal data collected within the scope of this incentive (including the e-mail address and bank details) will be used exclusively for the administration and execution of this incentive. Participant personal data collected and processed in accordance with this incentive will be used only in accordance with Dell´s Privacy Policy, which can be consulted in the following link: Data Protection.
We transfer entrant’s personal data to the following recipients for the purpose of processing the Agency: Marketing agency (organizer), IT service provider, Affiliated companies within the group and other entrants of the Incentive
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damages, loss, liabilities, injury incurred or suffered by the entrant because of entering the Incentive. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
The Incentive will be governed by the law of the registered country of the Dell legal entity purchase is made and entrants to the Incentive submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such country courts.
